Macdonald Hotels & Resorts vouchers can be used as full or part payment for accommodation, dining, or for splashing out on a treat such as a feature room, health & beauty treatments, or a bottle of bubbly for the bedroom.
The Fine Print
To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9000. Your gift voucher can be used, if advised when booking, in any Macdonald Hotel in the UK or for a Macdonald Resort in the UK or Spain (accommodation only), either in full or in part payment, but change cannot be given. Maximum of 2,000 gift vouchers in any one transaction. Vouchers cannot be used during your stay on a Macdonald Resort. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. Monetary gift vouchers cannot be split to settle accounts in more than one Macdonald Hotel or Resort, nor can accounts be transferred. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
